The four-bedroom villa has 200 sq.m of comfortable living space spread across two floors. This villa contains two very large living rooms and full service kitchen. All three bathrooms include showers, with the larger bathroom having a bath with jacuzzi.
This villa has two levels which are connected via an indoor wooden staircase. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, and two on the second floor. Each floor has its own living area with sofa/settees that convert into beds.
The Dimitrios villa has 45 sq.m of outdoor balcony space, with extraordinary views of the sea, the White Mountains and the valley of Palia Vrisi. There is a large upstairs veranda and a large covered downstairs patio.
The pool area is expansive with adequate sunbathing space for all members of the holiday.
