The three new villas are situated on 7.000 sq/m of land. Olive trees, lemon trees, almond trees and orange trees including very rare century old cider trees surround the villas.
Views
Built on a hill, the views from the villas are of rolling olive groves and sea. There are panoramic views of the Gulf of Hania, the White Mountains and the city of Hania. Each Villa has sunrise views and is comfortably shaded in the late afternoon from their hillside perch. |

Privacy
The site of Old Fountain Villas is located at the edge of a high overlook. The natural topography secludes our land from adjoining any other land on three sides. A private gated entrance provides the only access to the properties.
This distinct natural seclusion enables our Villas to be free of both noise and light pollution. The wind rustling through the olive branches and murmur of the cicadas are your holiday companions. As one of our guests once stated, “I could write a book here.”
Architecturally, the villas themselves were constructed to ensure complete privacy. Each villa rests on over 2,000 sq/m of land. Villa Mihalis and Avrilios are separated by stonewalls and olive trees. Villa Dimitrios is on its own plot 50 meters down the private lane from the other two villas. |

Beautiful Gardens
The villas are carefully landscaped and our flora is fully matured. The landscaping includes various kinds of flowers, bushes and herbs. There is also a beautiful rose garden and extensive areas of grass for recreational use. Enjoy your morning coffee with the flowers as your friends. |

Villa Avrilios
Villa Avrilios is a three-bedroom villa with 90 sq.m of comfortable living space. It contains a large living room and full service kitchen. The two bathrooms contain showers, with the larger bathroom having a bath with jacuzzi and washing machine. The villa has 45 sq.m of outdoor balcony space, all having views of the sea, the White Mountains and the city of Hania. |

Villa Dimitrios
The four-bedroom villa has 200 sq.m of comfortable living space spread across two floors. This villa contains two very large living rooms and full service kitchen. All three bathrooms include showers, with the larger bathroom having a bath with jacuzzi. |

Villa Mihalis is a two-bedroom villa with 70 sq/m of comfortable living space. It contains a large living room and full service kitchen. The two bathrooms contain showers, with the larger bathroom having a bath with jacuzzi. The Villa Mihalis has 30 sq.m of outdoor balcony space, with views of the sea, the White Mountains and the city of Hania. |
