The Villas
Nearby the Town of Galatas there is an area called Palia Vrisi (Old Fountain). The region is named Palia Vrisi because years ago it contained an old fountain where the people of Galatas used it for drinking water and their crops.
The three new villas are situated on 7.000 sq/m of land. Olive trees, lemon trees, almond trees and orange trees including very rare century old cider trees surround the villas.
Old Fountain Villas are nested in a very special place with a distinct and authentic atmosphere. You can feel the sea and mountain breeze meet!!

The villas were carefully built to compliment and preserve the natural beauty of the surrounding area. Old Fountain Villas offer panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea, the Gulf of Chania, the White Mountains, the city of Chania, and the valley of Palia Vrisi. The surrounding landscape is an eco friendly enviroment with a natural habitat for a variety of fruits.
All balconies railings has been replaced with glass. Also a microwave has been added in all villas.
Views
Built on a hill, the views from the villas are of rolling olive groves and sea. There are panoramic views of the Gulf of Hania, the White Mountains and the city of Hania. Each Villa has sunrise views and is comfortably shaded in the late afternoon from their hillside perch.
Privacy
The site of Old Fountain Villas is located at the edge of a high overlook. The natural topography secludes our land from adjoining any other land on three sides. A private gated entrance provides the only access to the properties.
This distinct natural seclusion enables our Villas to be free of both noise and light pollution. The wind rustling through the olive branches and murmur of the cicadas are your holiday companions. As one of our guests once stated, “I could write a book here.”
Architecturally, the villas themselves were constructed to ensure complete privacy. Each villa rests on over 2,000 sq/m of land. Villa Mihalis and Avrilios are separated by stonewalls and olive trees. Villa Dimitrios is on its own plot 50 meters down the private lane from the other two villas.
Beautiful Gardens
The villas are carefully landscaped and our flora is fully matured. The landscaping includes various kinds of flowers, bushes and herbs. There is also a beautiful rose garden and extensive areas of grass for recreational use. Enjoy your morning coffee with the flowers as your friends

A 25% deposit will be required to confirm your booking. We will expect the balance to be paid two weeks prior to your arrival. The deposit and the balance can be paid into our bank account in euro currency.
